The site was created to help localize information and a gathering place for divers to find, meet and relate to diving in the Puget Sound area and beyond.
This is an environmentally sensitive site so patrons of dynamite fishing, spear fishing, hunting, salvalaging or anything along those lines will find other sites that would be more in line with their interests.
The philosophy is simply the old "Take Only memories,Leave only Bubbles....
